Using the Admin Panel

What is the difference between the OK and the Activate buttons?

The OK button will commit your changes to the server but not make them “live”. For example, if you create and configure a new mailbox then click on OK, the settings for that mailbox will be saved, but the mailbox will not yet accept emails. Clicking on activate will make the new mailbox live. This allows you to make multiple changes to your account and then activate them after they are all in place.

Under normal circumstances, we recommend that you log into your account, make any changes, then simply click on the Logout button. You will then be prompted to activate changes if necessary.

How do I set up a “catch-all” mailbox?
If you would like to create a mailbox to catch all emails not destined for other mailboxes (a “catch-all” mailbox), follow the steps outlined in the Creating a Mailbox How-to, but leave the part before the @ symbol blank in the “Address” field.
How do I stop unwanted emails?
